AI credits
Credits are the unit of metered AI work. Every plan includes a monthly allowance that resets at the start of your billing period.

Ask Maneuvr free allowance: Every user gets a small number of Ask Maneuvr questions per day without spending credits. Questions beyond that quota cost 1 credit each.
Scheduled pipeline runs are always free. Credits only apply to on-demand, user-triggered AI actions.
Running out of credits
When your workspace runs out of credits, you can buy a top-up credit pack from Settings > Billing. Credit packs are available at any time and don't change your plan or renewal date.
Upgrading or downgrading
Go to Settings > Billing, choose a new plan, and follow the Stripe checkout. Changes take effect immediately.
When you downgrade, Maneuvr will notify you if your current number of tracked competitors exceeds the new plan's cap. You'll need to archive competitors down to the limit before the next nightly run.

Frequently asked questions
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free? Your data is retained but history older than 30 days becomes inaccessible until you upgrade again.
Can I add more seats without upgrading? No. Seat limits are tied to plan tier.
Are credits shared across the workspace? Yes. All members draw from the same monthly credit pool.
Do unused credits roll over? No. Credits reset monthly.
