My Company is where you tell Maneuvr about your own business. This context shapes how competitive signals are interpreted and makes battlecards and Ask Maneuvr significantly more accurate.
Company profile
Go to My Company > Profile to fill in:
- Company name and one-liner
- Category (the market you compete in)
- ICP -- industry, segment, region
- Pricing model
- Website
Click Use my homepage to autofill to let Maneuvr scrape your public site and pre-fill what it can find. Edit anything it gets wrong.
This profile information grounds the impact briefs and battlecard comparisons in your specific position, rather than treating you as a generic player in the category.
Context library
My Company > Context is a document store for anything that gives Maneuvr deeper knowledge of your product and positioning.
Good documents to upload:
- Sales decks and one-pagers
- Internal positioning documents
- FAQs and objection-handling guides
- Your own product battlecard or messaging guide
- Call notes or Gong summaries from competitive deals
How context is used
Uploaded documents are chunked and indexed into a vector store. When Ask Maneuvr answers a question or when battlecard autofill runs, Maneuvr retrieves the most relevant chunks from your context library and uses them as evidence.
Your documents are not shared with any external model. They are retrieved per-query only, within your workspace.

Uploading a document
Drag and drop or browse to select a file. Add a title and type (one-pager, sales deck, FAQ, etc.) and choose whether the document is visible to the whole workspace or just you.
Uploading costs 5 credits. Status moves through pending > indexing > ready. Only ready documents are used as evidence -- indexing usually takes a few seconds to a minute depending on file size.
Managing documents
Delete or re-index any document from the context library. If you update a document externally and re-upload, delete the old version first to avoid duplicate evidence.
If you hit your plan's document cap, you'll see a notice in the context library. Delete older or outdated documents to make room, or upgrade your plan.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to fill in My Company for Maneuvr to work? No -- Maneuvr collects competitor intelligence regardless. But battlecard comparisons and impact briefs are more useful when Maneuvr knows your positioning. It's worth spending five minutes on the profile.
What file formats are supported? PDF, DOCX, and TXT. For other formats, paste the content as plain text.
Can I restrict certain documents to myself? Yes. Set visibility to "owner only" when uploading.
