Ask Maneuvr
Ask Maneuvr is a conversational assistant that answers competitive questions using your workspace's own data -- tracked events, battlecards, digests, and any documents you've uploaded.
Every answer cites its sources so you can trace where the information came from.
What you can ask
Ask Maneuvr is most useful for:
- "What's changed with [Competitor] in the last 30 days?"
- "What objections do we hear most often when competing against [Competitor]?"
- "What are their main pricing weaknesses?"
- "Which competitors are most active in enterprise right now?"

Because answers draw from your tracked signals and uploaded documents, they reflect your actual competitive landscape -- not generic information about a company.
Free daily allowance
Every user gets a small number of Ask Maneuvr questions per day without spending credits. Once you exceed the daily free allowance, each question costs 1 credit.
Sales context documents
You can upload documents to your workspace that Ask Maneuvr uses as additional evidence when answering questions. Good candidates:
- Sales decks and one-pagers
- Battle documents from past deals
- Call notes and Gong summaries
- Internal pricing or positioning documents
Upload documents in My Company > Context. Each document is indexed and chunked so Ask Maneuvr can retrieve the most relevant sections per question.

Uploading a document costs 5 credits and takes a moment to index. The document status shows as pending > indexing > ready. Only ready documents are used as evidence.
Your documents are never used to train any external model. They are retrieved per-query as evidence only.
Citations
Every Ask Maneuvr response includes citations showing which competitor, event, digest, or document the answer draws from. Click a citation to open the source.
MCP access
If your workspace has MCP enabled (Team and above), AI assistants like Claude Desktop or Cursor can query your Maneuvr data directly. Ask Maneuvr and MCP are complementary -- MCP lets you embed Maneuvr intelligence into external AI workflows. See MCP server.
Frequently asked questions
Why does Ask Maneuvr sometimes say it doesn't know something? Ask Maneuvr only draws from data in your workspace -- tracked events, digests, and uploaded documents. If a topic isn't covered in that data, it will say so rather than guess.
Does Ask Maneuvr search the web? No. It answers from your workspace data only. For fresh information about a competitor, run a manual collection and then ask.
Can the whole team use Ask Maneuvr? Yes. All workspace members can use it. The daily free allowance applies per user, and credit spend comes from the shared workspace pool.
