Notifications and subscriptions
Control how and where Maneuvr delivers competitive intelligence to you and your team.
Subscription types
A subscription connects a digest type to a delivery channel. Go to Settings > Subscriptions to manage them.

Setting up a subscription
Click Add subscription in Settings > Subscriptions:
- Choose a digest type
- Choose a channel (in-app, email, Slack, or webhook)
- Set recipients (for email) or a Slack channel
- Choose send time and timezone
- Save
Test before you commit: click Send test digest to fire a one-off using the latest available content. This lets you check formatting and routing before the scheduled send.
Email notifications
Maneuvr sends three types of email:
- Digest emails -- daily or weekly roll-ups configured in your subscription settings
- Executive weekly -- a structured leadership brief
- Instant alerts -- real-time emails for events with importance score 0.8 and above
Toggle instant alerts on or off in Settings > General.
All emails include a one-click unsubscribe link. If you stop receiving emails, check Settings > Subscriptions and confirm the subscription is active.
Slack
Slack delivery is available on Team and above.
To connect Slack, go to Settings > Subscriptions, click Add subscription, choose Slack as the channel, and follow the OAuth prompt. Select the Slack channel where digests should post.
Each subscription posts to one Slack channel. Create multiple subscriptions if you want to send different digest types to different channels.
Send a test digest after connecting to confirm the message arrives and the formatting looks right.
Instant alerts
Instant alerts notify you immediately when Maneuvr detects a high-importance event (score 0.8 or above) -- a competitor funding round, a major pricing change, a leadership departure.
- Toggle in Settings > General or during onboarding
- Delivered to your email
- Also surfaced in the in-app feed with a "critical" badge
Pausing or deleting subscriptions
Pause a subscription to stop delivery without losing the configuration. Delete it to remove it entirely. Paused subscriptions don't send test digests.
