Why is annual cheaper?
You pay for ten months and get twelve. It is the same plan, two months free.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes. Switch any time from billing settings and the two-months-free rate applies from your next renewal.
What if I cancel partway through an annual plan?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not bill you again unless you renew.
Do I keep my price if Maneuvr raises prices?
Yes. An annual plan locks your rate for the full twelve months.
Why meter on competitors and not on signals?
Competitors is a number you control and can budget for. Signal volume isn't — and metering it would punish Scout for doing its job well. So monitoring stays unlimited.
What happens if I run out of credits?
User-initiated AI actions pause until next month's reset or an upgrade. Monitoring keeps running — your nightly digest still arrives.
Can I add more competitors without changing plans?
You can upgrade plan tier to increase competitor slots. You also get access to more benefits like monthly AI credits for battle card refreshes. We don't currently offer add-on competitor slots separately.
Do viewers cost extra?
No. Viewer seats are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Every battlecard shared to a rep should be friction-free.
